In short
What we keep: your account details (email, name), billing records, device information (names, addresses, operating system, client version, and the country a device connects from, read from its public address, which itself isn't kept) and connection quality data (path quality, relay usage, which relays a device reaches).
What we never collect: the content of your traffic or your DNS queries.
